One lesson reinforced by this experience is that successful software projects are rarely just about writing code. The greater challenge often lies in navigating uncertainty, making practical technical decisions, identifying risks early, and keeping engineering efforts aligned with business goals.
My contribution focused on mobile engineering, product delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and helping move the product forward in a real-world healthcare and wellness environment where reliability, maintainability, and user experience were critical.
